first post

Well, this is my first post on my new blog. Yay. Brings me back to '03.

The purpose of this blog is to track my progress of gaining weight. I want to be at 140 by June, and I'm about 128 as of right now according to the closest scale, so we'll see how it goes.

I was a bit upset when I looked today, I was at 130 on Christas, but it was on a different scale, so I'm not too worried.

Today was chest and back day, and I believe I am on pace to make 190 grams of protien today, which is about 1.5 grams per every pound I weigh. I hear that's the sweet spot, so yay!

Food

Margarita Chicken at Chilis - 47g protien if I remember correctly
Protien Bar - 28g
2 protien shakes (EAS brand, 23 g protien each) made in hi protien milk (10g each) - total 66g
chicken and bbq sauce - 23g
muscle milk - 32 g

So, that's it. Nice. I got some extra calories from beer too! I'm glad I need more calories instead of less because beer rules.

Also, here's my workout today. Good to have around in case I lose my journal.

Chest & Back - two setsof everything

Standard Pushups - 20, 23
Wide Front Pullups - 8,8
Military Pushups - 15,15
Reverse Grip Chinup- 8,6
Widefly Pushups - 20, 22
Close Grip Overhand pullups - 8,6
Decline Pushups - 12,18
Heavy Pants - 9 rep 25 lbs, 10 rep 25 lbs
Diamond Pushups - 10,8
Lawnmowers - 12 rep 25 lbs, 10 rep 25 lbs
Dive-Bomber Pushups - 10, skipped second set because I couldnt move anymore
Back Flys - 12 rep 15 lbs, 10 rep 25 lbs

And ab ripper, but I don't write down that shit. I'll give my session a C+ as a completely arbitrary grade. Hopefully I do better next time.

Alright, keep at it, time to go eat more.
