1-13-09 - work

I'm at work bored, might as well update today's protien intake up to this point.

EAS protien shake with hi protien milk - 23g+10g
Noble Romans breakfast sandwich - 17g
Two Noble Romans Grilled Chicken Wraps - I can't find nutritional info on the website for these, so I'm going to assume about 20g each - a bit low, but more is better. 40g

That puts me at 90, I need to hit 190 by the end of the day -
I have two packs of peanuts, 13g each - 26g
Met-r-x protien bar - 28g

Once I get home -
protien shake - 33g

After workout -
protien shake - 33g
chicken bbq sauce - 23g

Apparently, that puts me over my goal. Sweet. Might switch out one of the protien shakes for a salad, a little extra fiber never hurts. Actually, I think I'll just add a salad on top, because a few extra calories help too. I'll burn 'em all during plyo anyways.

Anyways, going over to Alejandro's for plyometrics later. I hate plyometrics. I'm going to try to make it through 4th stage this time, though I'll probably say fuck it at about the time squat jacks start. Whoever came up with the idea of combining squats and jumping jacks is a horrible horrible person. Leapfrog squats and jump knee tucks I can deal with, but fuck squat jacks.
